Just found an offer in the village 596sqm for 220k negotiable. ....that must be a typo.

Great, now I just wanted to buy the place for half a loaf of bread, and you’re spoiling my plans

but if the house only offers 18 k€ annual rental income/living value ...

... then the calculation is land value (possibly regionally deviating from the official "standard land value") MINUS demolition costs!

The house then only stands in the way of a profitable use of the large area ;)

"OFFERS"?
or "would like a brokerage assignment"-requests?

Haha.
Yes, actually the driveway/plot is so wide that one or two more houses could easily fit there. The plot ratio would certainly allow one more – the neighbor just did that. Whether three could also be possible, I don’t know.
But I like the grass better. :p

I would rather call that harassment. Yes, direct offers do come.

What is the discussion about now? My dad is filthy rich and I want to inherit everything from him without ever having done anything for it and also without giving anything back to society?

And now it’s already turning into a development project?

You’re just lucky and I somehow lack the appreciation for that, as well as the constant reference to the actual topic.
