Your unfounded fear of hyperinflation, according to which today's money is worth nothing tomorrow, is also standing in your way. That would be an inflation rate of a few million percent. We have had 4% or 5% for a year now. Due to supply chain problems and increases in raw material prices on a global scale, not because the euro is being inflated away. EVERYONE is paying more.
These are the standard land value and the value of the house + outbuildings roughly estimated and added together.
Furthermore, there are regularly broker offers without us ever having asked for them.
but if the house only offers 18 k€ annual rental income/residential value ...
... then the calculation is land value (possibly regionally deviating from the official "standard land value") MINUS demolition costs!
The house then only stands in the way of profitable use of the large area ;)
