Defensive offer, or have house prices become so expensive?

Agreed! However, the money should only flow indirectly to the families. In many cases, it does not reach the children at all, but instead other holes are plugged with it. For example, the child bonus last year...5*150 €....went into car repairs. Nothing like a trip or anything else for the children

Ei ei ei ei …. now we've already arrived at the Marshall Plan and solidarity surcharge …

By the way, the Marshall Plan had the sole purpose of strengthening and promoting the American economy and had barely any effect on us in Germany, plus it was not paid for by the German public. Apparently, we pay the solidarity surcharge until eternity. Around 2000, I had a partner from Thuringia. When I first came over back then, you could see exactly where the border was: exactly where everything didn’t look shabby, streets were new, roofs freshly covered, houses renovated …. it was really amazing how much money was pumped in there, and indeed, the western regions got the short end of the stick and still do …

And to the heirs-to-be …. there’s a saying, “dying comes before inheriting,” think about that. Maybe you’re lucky and the bubble bursts before the inheritance and the house is worth nothing anymore or the esteemed testator meets a dear potential heiress in his old age who visits him often and otherwise makes his life sweet, then that’s the end of the inheritance. Or the care has to be paid for from it, then the house will be sold very quickly (rightfully so, why should the public pay for that). Discussing unlaid eggs already now, I find that a bit … well … pathetic ….
And they’re not entirely wrong that the high price does not come from hard work (especially not from the heirs-to-be who are already worrying about it) … where would the price be if Dresden had been left aside? You wouldn’t want to hang dead over the fence there …

@richyRick: so I’m open to adoption, I’m unfortunately older than you, but you never know (if the slope slides, for example).

@all: if everything goes well, I will inherit a huge lump, a really big lump, but I really find it unfair that I have to pay so much tax on it …. in the end, only 5 of the 10 Lange & Söhne are left to me and I also have to sell the SUV so I can keep the Porsche! That’s not fair that I am forced to drive only one car, that’s so unfair, the state forces me to go into debt or sell off part of my inheritance, otherwise I can’t afford it. Please sign a petition for me …..

I’d like to have your problems ….

After state expropriation, hidden taxes, expulsion from the homeland, and minute-by-minute turbo inflation, you now also suspect a manhunt by me; it's almost as thrilling as with Richard Kimble.....
It must be due to your special kind of humor that has been the only one following me here in the forum since today. The hunted follows the hunter? :D :D:D I’m dying laughing..... you just can’t make this stuff up.

I’ll put it this way, anyone can look it up if needed and think what they want about it.
Manhunt, house robbery, happy child-eating, oh dear, there’s quite a lot going on with you.....
I would put it this way, that I have harshly condemned your drastically antisocial thinking; that you don’t like that was to be expected.

Well, at least it’s out now and the pressure off, right?
At Dynamo Dresden, a huge banner recently read “MP Kretschmer you West pig” and thousands, not just the drunk ones, clapped and cheered. That must be liberating somehow......
With such a discriminatory statement, you only reinforce the already established impression and ultimately tarnish yourself.

Gerhard Polt once said something nice about the “WE” you mentioned here. Who are actually we? We, the homeowners who don’t want to pay inheritance taxes, know you Westerners?
“WE good guys thus know YOU bad guys”? Oh dear – that’s really outdated......

Unlike your aggressive and completely out-of-control behavior, I wanted to address you personally to clarify the matter between us. For that, I saved you. However, it didn’t work because I haven’t written enough posts yet. You are not at all willing to listen to your counterpart. I tell you specifically that you are writing untruths and you are mistaken. You just keep insisting on it and are completely trapped in your world of pigeonholing. This was a sarcastic hint, especially aimed at you, and I thought you would understand it. But no, you feel even more confirmed in your delusion. Amazing. With such a discriminatory statement, you only reinforce the already established impression and ultimately soil yourself. Your impression is completely twisted. You have totally gotten yourself lost. It seems to me that you are very unhappy here in Saxony. Of course, the Saxons and especially I are probably to blame. Your superficial way of judging people and then trying to explain the world to them. Oh dear, that will be hard for you here.

Honestly, you’re bringing up a new topic. That would actually be a stroke of luck for us. First, I’ve long wished that my father would meet someone again. It doesn’t have to be true love but at least a girlfriend. That would be nice. And if the bubble bursts and the laws stay as they are, none of us have a problem - great.

The rest of your statements is unfortunately just what has already been said: completely irrelevant if selling is not an option.
