Defensive offer, or have house prices become so expensive?

Well, somehow they are, right? If the roof comes, then it comes, etc.

Yes, that could still make a difference. But even if it were 10 years. The house has already been completely paid off once. It's not like I'm buying it or building it new.

If I could build 3 houses, I certainly wouldn't have this problem. :D

Boring, always saying the same thing.
The assets are worth absolutely nothing if I don’t sell. Instead, there are debts.

As for me, I’ve said everything. I’m out of here.

Strange that suddenly every bank is willing to give you several hundred thousand euros in credit. Do they do that now too? Strange that a person or a family or a shared flat would pay you at least 1500 euros rent per month to live in your "worthless" house. You could probably build the three houses after all and then sell or rent them out. Have someone check if you could divide the plot and sell just a part. Then you would have both, no debts and still your parental home.

What do you think how others finance their student apartments? My father died when I was eleven. I couldn’t even dream of studying. Vocational training and out of the parental home at 17, that’s how it went. Be glad that your family has more options.

No, don't be out! You've held out against it for so long. What a pity!

Then you obviously have fundamental problems assessing assets and understanding our financial system. Then your statements no longer surprise me.
