Defensive offer, or have house prices become so expensive?

oh, I still have hope. We also live just over 30 minutes from Tesla. Prices are rising here as well and there are no more plots of land available in the city. The surrounding municipalities are now also beginning to develop new building land. We have many young couples from Berlin here who are building new houses. The age structure here is changing significantly.

Is it in the eastern hemisphere? Then it could be related to Tesla. I think the numbers are quite good for local conditions. That gives me hope in case I ever have to get out of the place. But what am I saying, I haven't even moved in yet...

What could I ask for rent with 80sqm garage, 170sqm house, 2200sqm land and 15min from Tesla? :D PS: still under construction

Ok, that is more the traditionally well-to-do side. Dreilinden is not far from there, there are also a few companies. I really wouldn't have thought that 3500 would be possible there. Maybe with very upscale equipment.

More northwest, towards Hennigsdorf. I can't imagine anyone paying such a rent there. It's just too far away for something personally feasible o_O

Even if suddenly valuable: sell for 2 million, build/buy a nice house for 500k and live a nice life with 1.5 million... don’t understand the problem at all.

Ha, well you’re good. The parent complains the loudest. And I’m not complaining because I might inherit something someday, but because property prices have increased tenfold while the tax allowances have remained the same.
