Defensive offer, or have house prices become so expensive?

Here is my final statement, where I finally have time at the PC - after this, you will never hear anything from me again in your life - and I hope I will never hear anything from you again either. Take it to heart.

Hopefully, this will also give some a stimulus to reflect on the meaning of life.

After my training as an IT specialist, followed by high school, studies in mechanical engineering and business administration, and THREE years living the typical life of a TURBOKAPITALIST
90-100 hours a week.
During this time, I developed incredibly in my career - but not everything was positive. Hence my cut from the system.

I am now 35, have my house, my dream woman, my kids, and work MAX. 18-20 hours a week.

TIME is the only and by far the most valuable factor we have in our lives on this earth.
It is obvious but not clear to everyone or certainly possible.

I had already completely written off my childhood, musical education, and sports activities as a thing of the past.
Now I live these as a completely new expansion of consciousness NEW.
Aerobatics, martial arts, music, family - the best 60 hours per week I will probably spend in my lifetime.

Your inherited fortune enables you all these options. Not a few would crave this freedom.
Options that allow you a carefree life in independence.
Someday you will realize that this will be one of the most highly appreciated goods.
Hopefully not too late, because it's not the end of the road yet.

Regards TmMike until never to be seen again

did not express that she is unhappy with life, so there is probably no need for any suggestions regarding her private lifestyle, which was not the point at all. The fact that one does not want to sell a house and does not need the possible money for their happiness seems to me at least somewhat of a human quality without having to switch from one fast lane to the next to feel good. At 35 and after three years of work, "cut" and "out of the system," whatever that means, and mostly just yoga or downhill racing can be a single life content, but to me that sounds extremely like working 25 hours a day before. I prefer to be IN the "system" and move about in it somewhat normally, with ups and downs, sometimes going great, then being stupid again, just like in normal life. My point was simply that the legally levied tax in this case for three heirs is not a drama and therefore no apparent perceived expropriation or forced removal takes place. Not funny, okay, but no real drama. Of course, nobody likes to get a bill from the tax office, but in view of the current hardships in many areas, I believe that it cannot be conveyed to anyone in the care and supply sector, low-wage sector, etc., in their everyday difficulties that there is a primary need for regulation in the area of inheritance tax. One can personally be annoyed, of course, about any bill from the tax office nonetheless.

I always say that too, to everyone who wants to hear it. Time is also the only factor in life that is REALLY limited, and you never know your balance.

That is also the reason why I would never take modern concepts like "FIRE" (Financial Independence, Retire Early) to the extreme. Because I will not waste my young years timewise and deny myself anything, hoping that I will still have enough years free of rheumatism after 40 to really enjoy it.
My father always planned what he wanted to do in retirement. Then he wanted to finally take his fruit tree pruning course. Then came his year of retirement, and in the same year cancer. The end of the story. :(

No problem: Doofkopp!
Taking sentences out of context just to stylize buzzwords into drama, that's better than any Hollywood writer.
I'm tired of constantly repeating myself. If someone really wants to misunderstand my posts or can't do better, fine.

:D:DI accept the fool. I have not taken anything out of context or distorted anything! To prevent exactly that, I copied your choice of words!!! To me, this simply sounds excessively exaggerated. That is my opinion, and I even give it back as a fool:D
