Okay, what about the efficiency pump nominal and minimum, is there still room for adjustment or is the flow too low?

First do the hydraulic balancing fairly well, then look at the total flow rate and see what else can be improved. That's how I would proceed now.

So currently at -6° outdoor temperature, we also have a consumption of 28 kWh in 24 hours, but we heat 265 m² of living space including hot water at 45°. Our heating curve is set to 0.3 slope / level 0k, meaning at 20° = 20° / 0° = 26° / -20° = 31° with a set room temperature of 20°. This achieves 21.8° in the bathrooms (although they were laid with 8 cm loop spacing and are fully open) and 23° in the living area, the bedroom reaches 21°. All ERR removed..... my biggest problem is unfortunately the installed buffer tank. I think I could save something if I didn’t have it, but it’s not that easy to just deactivate it, or maybe it is? Because what I have observed is, if the underfloor heating runs a forward flow temperature of say 26° at 0° outdoor temperature, the charging of the buffer tank has an off hysteresis of 2k, so my air-water heat pump runs at 32° forward flow temperature on the generation side to get the tank 2k warmer than the set forward flow temperature.......nice mess.

Our hot water is set to 49°, our heating curve is currently 27.5 - 22 - 0.

21° in the bedroom I find too warm, I am very happy with 20°. However, I must also admit that we do not fully open the individual room controller in the bedroom, but almost closed. I find sleeping warm very unrestful.
All other controllers are fully open.
If necessary, I really heat with the towel warmer as well, since 21° in the bathroom is too little for me, especially with a small baby at home I find it too fresh in the morning.

Overall, we heat 190 m², hot water is set to 49°.

The 21° in the bedroom and dressing room are also unfortunately a compromise; the large bathroom is directly adjacent to the dressing room, separated by a sliding door. I have found through multiple attempts that when I turn down the temperature in the bedroom and dressing room enough to make it really cooler, the dressing room then draws energy from the bathroom floor. So if I want the bathroom to average between 21.5° and (sometimes) 23°, I must not turn down the adjacent rooms too much.

At some point, however, I also reached the point where I no longer care about every single kWh without punishing myself and my family. Thanks to photovoltaics and storage, the past heating season was practically free; for 2019, we had an all-in electricity purchase of 5000 kWh and fed in 6300 kWh. And that with 5 people across 2 complete households. Of course, it would be nice to need even less..... but maybe I should keep things realistic.
