How cold is it then at your place?
Your heat pump can only modulate down to 5.4 kW at 7°C outdoor temperature with 35°C supply temperature. At even lower supply temperatures, the minimum power is even higher. I'm afraid the heat pump is two sizes too big. The LAV 8 would have been the better choice; it can modulate down to 2.8 kW at 7°C outdoor temperature (with 35°C supply temperature). Even that would likely be too big if you consider the internal heat gains.
The high power at the lowest modulation level also explains the short runtime per heating cycle. You mentioned that somewhere here in the forum.
I see it the same way as you, but I can’t change it anymore. I should have stood my ground against the heating installer, who insisted on installing the bigger one...
Circulation only runs very briefly during the day, max 1 hour.
