Underfloor heating air-water heat pump. House too warm when the sun shines

Tell me, are you really heating already? Our heating only ran for 4 hours in one week...

I have one more possible explanation when I look at the consumption over the last 7 days:

Heat quantity hot water: 35 kWh
Heat quantity heating: 61 kWh

61 kWh in "just 4 hours" with a modulating 9kW pump, and additionally diligently stoking the wood stove and the wife keeps the heating cartridge in the bathroom glowing...

I think you'll be a good customer for the heated blanket sellers on the senior trip.

How cold is it then at your place?
Your heat pump can only modulate down to 5.4 kW at 7°C outdoor temperature with 35°C flow temperature. At an even lower flow temperature, the minimum power is even higher. I fear the heat pump is two sizes too big. The LAV 8 would have been the better choice; it can modulate down to 2.8 kW at 7°C outdoor temperature (with 35°C flow temperature). Even that would surely still be too large if you consider the internal heat gains.
The high output at the lowest modulation level also explains the short running time per heating cycle. You mentioned that somewhere here in the forum.

Jokes aside: Yes, hot water has a poor COP, which significantly lowers it. Options: hot water temperature at 45 to 48 degrees with higher hysteresis, or, if the tank is large enough, only release hot water in the early afternoon. And otherwise, upload DTA and CSV to the r o s a F o r u m, if that has not already been done.

Is it still possible to optimize much if the heat pump is much too large? He does write that he has already optimized.

Is the circulation for the hot water running? Please turn it off or set it to 2x15 minutes with a timer.

With circulation, you easily lose 2-3 degrees per hour.

That would explain your high heat demand for hot water.
