The heat pump is not yet working optimally - it cycles too often - due to the bypass valve. Immediately after the start of the heating cycle, there is an increase in the return flow temperature because warm water flows directly into the return line bypassing the heating circuit. As a result, the shut-off criterion is reached too early even though the screed has not yet absorbed the desired temperature. After the end of the heating cycle, the return flow temperature consequently drops quickly again and the next heating cycle follows. For clarity, only return flow temperature and compressor are shown.

When the overcurrent valve is closed, the return temperature rises only with a delay and more slowly as in the following example. Increase in return temperature only after more than 10 minutes! The heat reaches the screed completely.

Fortunately, a clear improvement can be seen. Let's see what the ÜV will still do.
