It would be great if you start your own thread with a meaningful title. It increases the likelihood of getting a response from operators of the corresponding heat pump! I can't help much, I don't know the device. But the most important question: ERR installed and still active? If yes, deactivate, set to max, or simply remove actuators in the HKV. Earlier in this thread you can see what the ERR "great" does to your heat pump... See post 303 in this thread and the following ones

It reads as if the device was unpacked and plugged in. The rest is missing. Complain urgently to the craftsman!

Didn't help, the installer came 3 times.

I've already done that, but only got two stupid answers like: "Hit the installer" and "It's all in the manual"

ERR are installed, all of them are set to the "point" and are not fully turned up. Room temperature in all rooms about 19 degrees. Is it normal that the heating is constantly running (humming)? Is there a possibility to read this heating system with a USB stick?

I was helped very well here in the forum, you have to either remove all the individual room controllers or set them all to full power, that is, level 6 of 6 – or whatever your highest level is. Then set your heating curve, for example to 29 - 22 - 0. Then wait 24 hours and see what happens, how the temperatures develop in the rooms. It will probably get quite warm at first! We then had 23° in the bedroom, but we had to endure that for a night or two. Then you see how the individual rooms react and what temperatures prevail. After that you can deal with the volume flow controllers on your floors. With these, you can regulate how many liters of water flow per minute in the individual rooms. The more liters, the warmer the rooms. For example, I throttled our bedroom to 0.25 l/min, but the bathroom to 3 l/min, because we want it as warm as possible there. Living room fully on. It took me three or four weeks until it was optimal for us. But for that, our system now runs almost flawlessly. At this point, thanks again to everyone here in the forum, you guys are really great. USB port, no idea, just call the company your system is from. It is also important that you best do not make heating adjustments when it is warmer than 5°. I hope that was all correct so far, but the experts are also here and are reading along.

Hey, question, the pressure of our system is at 0.9 bar this evening, it was always at 1.1. It should not be below 1 either. What to do?? :-/ Regards
