Actually pointless, especially now with the high outside temperatures, a well-adjusted heat pump runs with coefficients of performance beyond 6. Have you considered the usual tips, deactivate ERRs, lower the heating curve, close the bypass valve, etc.? My setting: trim the heat pump to maximum efficiency. And then I treat myself to pleasantly warm in the well-insulated cabin at a low price. If it doesn't save at least 15 euros more per month, then only heat halfway...

Yes, that's right. We also have significantly higher consumption compared to the first house. A second freezer, a small light on in the hallway at night for the children, a CD player here, and so on and so forth. It adds up. The children also shower and bathe more often. I also think, as others write, that your heating system is not well adjusted. There is definitely room for optimization, it should actually run almost autonomously and you shouldn't have to adjust it at all. I've been working on optimizing ours since last winter, a little more each time. It keeps getting better and better.

The heating is definitely not optimized. Basically, 10 kWh of the 35 kWh/day from last winter goes to the car, the rest is heating, hot water, and the remaining comfort electricity.

So I’ll take a look at what charging the car at work brings, the storage is then out anyway, and then I will decide whether to take action after the heating season.
