It is similar with heat pumps. Any child can operate a refrigerator as well. (It is also a heat pump.) But this is because the manufacturer only installs a thermostat and that’s it. With a larger system like in a house, it’s a bit different. Here, the manufacturer does not know what will ultimately be connected to it and only supplies the unit and recommendations. What is then made of it is up to the heating engineer and the end user. One sets the parameters based on wishes and needs, and the other has the task of fine-tuning. Or you just keep having the other come until everything fits.But a heating system is much more complicated than a television.
