Underfloor heating air-water heat pump. House too warm when the sun shines

I agree, same heating system. Consumption values are too high and the bathroom doesn’t get warmer than 21 degrees because the flow rate in the upper floor doesn’t exceed 1 l/min. I personally think the heating system doesn’t control the pump properly. When it heats, the pump only runs at 800 l/min but could run at 1500. So nothing reaches the upper floor anymore. If I now close the rooms more on the ground floor so that more arrives upstairs, the following happens: During defrosting the system no longer reaches the minimum quantity of 1300 l/min and goes into fault. Then everything crashes on me.

Where exactly can you read the flow rate? I somehow don't see that on mine. There is a point in the display, but it always says “0”

How do these values come about? Or are we talking about liters per hour? For me, the pump usually decides at 35 l/min that it’s enough. Below 26 l/min it complains because defrosting does not go fast enough. I can hardly imagine how you are supposed to get 50 times that through the pipes...
