I have not set any night setback.

The nom and min values depend on the spread as far as I understand, the difference between supply and return flow.

NOM is the voltage applied during the heating cycle. MIN is the voltage applied during the heating pause. That’s how I have always understood it so far... This means that only the NOM setting depends on the differential.

I have looked again in the operating manual of the Luxtronik, it is as I wrote above.

I need help with the settings of my heat pump: Tecalor THD 400 AL ventilation unit with decentralized supply air.

The heating technician is not knowledgeable and has already been here a few times – without success.

I suspect that the factory settings are still set and therefore the heating is not running optimally and especially not energy-efficiently.

- Does anyone have this device?
- Can this device be evaluated with a USB stick? If yes, where?
- Does the device have circulation that can be set so that at certain times (morning and evening for one hour each) hot water comes faster when the tap is turned on (currently it takes minutes!)
- Can someone provide information about a good setting for the heating curve?
- Where can you see what liter output per room has been set?
- If it is above -10 degrees outside, the entire heating system shuts down and goes into error mode.
- Where can I read out how often the heating turns on per day? Or is it normal that it runs all the time?
