It is a new building, we only moved in four months ago. I think they haven’t set anything at all, oh man… Wait, I’ll go back to the system and do some evaluations, if I can.

Take a look at the evaluation pictures, it is a new building. What can I optimize and how? Or rather: how many kilowatt hours of electricity should the system consume per month? At least approximately. We have 170 m² of living space that is heated, except the corridors, where we have the heating turned off. Let's say 155 m² of heated area

No, the 100 kg fitter handled it quite comfortably. It also holds the window cleaner up.

The heating curve looks quite normal, very strange that it shows you some flow temperatures of 65°...

End point 40 degrees is not normal, it should be max 35. Assuming that means the flow temperature. If it were the return flow, it would be much too high, 29/30 degrees should be enough. The thing with 65/70 might only be a maximum limit in the system. It does not necessarily mean that it actually reaches that high. For that, you would need to know the control better. Also noticeable is 49 degrees for hot water, which is quite high and correspondingly energy-intensive. 45 should be enough, depending on the storage size and usage behavior even less.
