Well, it can't get that hot. You have a heat pump.

It gets as hot as the supply temperature allows. But because the valves are constantly open, you distribute the energy evenly and can then set the desired temperatures (flow rate) directly at the HKV.

It takes a while, but afterwards, you don't have to adjust the heat pump anymore and always have the necessary temperatures throughout the house. The heat pump saves the supplied energy (electricity) because only as much as necessary is provided, and the compressor starts will also decrease.

Positive side effect. You can fully take advantage of the self-regulating effect of a water-based underfloor heating system and use the energy supplied from outside (sun). Because it is then distributed to the other rooms and does not remain only in the south.

When the heat pump is properly adjusted, it must always heat every room 24/7, otherwise it will not get warm enough. However, thermostats limit the time during which rooms are heated. You set the bedrooms during the balancing.

And in a new building, you won't get large temperature differences between the rooms. Unless you planned it beforehand and insulated the partition walls accordingly. You will probably manage 2K but hardly 18°C in the bedroom and 24°C in the bathroom, especially not if the rooms are adjacent. Regards, Daniel

Hm ok! Bathroom and bedroom are opposite each other, so there is a corridor between them

Hello, and what does the heating engineer say?

Hey, he made various adjustments. He also immediately said that the compressor impulses are much too high and so on. ERR, however, have not been dismantled as you already mentioned.
I am now observing this meticulously and making adjustments. Hope that it fits reasonably well now.
