It is exciting to follow the topic here. Is there anyone who has already modified a Rotex Compact (Ultra)? Because something like that will eventually be ahead of me as well.

For that, the radiator would certainly have to be replaced with another one. I think, if there is no reason against it, it certainly can’t hurt.

Another reason against it: a classic towel radiator introduces rust into the system. On the internet, you can often see photos of sight glasses of underfloor heating manifolds that have turned brown and are no longer readable after a few years.

Of course, rust is not necessarily good, but what is the difference to the classic heating system, where there are plenty of rust-prone radiators in the system? They don't fall apart from rust after 5 years either.

I think it can also be overdone.

For me, 2 tubes for the volume control of the underfloor heating are already almost black. But if you shine a phone flashlight on them, you can still see the numbers. I also think you can’t prevent that. If it gets too dark, the heating technician should replace them.

Morning,
looks much better. In the last 24 hours you only had 5 heating cycles, previously more than three times that. Heating cycles now also over hours.
I would wait on power consumption. The screed is now being heated completely for the first time and the outside temperatures were also lower than usual last night.
I would throttle the hallway further. How much flow do you have there currently?
What is the temperature of the supply and return in the bedroom and dressing room during a heating cycle (towards the end would be good) as well as the hallway?
I would initially leave the study as it is because of the overall flow!
Could you please provide a current CSV?
Tomorrow I would like a DTA again..
