That's why, yes, read through it calmly, write down a little something, and then get back to the heater again

The novel technician will not be able to help you either. Since you do not know the heating circuit lengths (and your heating engineer probably doesn’t either), you definitely need an infrared thermometer to measure the return flow. Heating circuits with a rapid temperature increase and higher return temperature are short circuits and need to be slowed down. The basetech mini 1 is recommended. You can place it directly on the pipe and get reproducible measurements. It’s not about the absolutely correct value, but about the difference between the individual temperatures, and it’s great for that. Again, which heat pump was installed, is it a modulating heat pump? How large are the heated rooms, how many heating circuit distributors do you have? How many heating circuits and how are they divided? Whether you can warm the bathroom with the heat pump alone cannot be assessed without this information. What use is any warranty if the compressor is broken after 5 years? You will have to pay for the new heat pump yourself then. Don’t lose courage. If you keep at it now, in a few weeks you will have a well-adjusted efficient heating system.

Hey, I have now taken pictures of the HCD. Part 1 is the ground floor, part 2 is the basement (bedroom, guest room, hobby room, and main bathroom)

The main bathroom (15sqm) is too cold, and the guest room (15sqm) is now too warm, although it is not set that way.
The installer wanted to take something away from the master bedroom and give it to the bathroom. But it didn’t help at all.

I don’t even know what pump we have, modulating? Man, I feel really dumb. Sorry… Regards, Ina

Could you please write down the rooms per floor, all of them, each with room size and number of heating circuits. Do you only have underfloor heating in the bathrooms? If you don't mind, also the floor plans of the floors would be welcome. The model of the heat pump should be told to you by the heating engineer. The heating capacity of the heat pump and the heating demand of the house are interesting. What is your total flow rate now? More information would be good.
