No. Of course not. Both Novelan and Alpha Innotec develop and produce exclusively in Germany. Nothing China. So that cannot be the reason.

Okay! There are many reasons for the poor quality.

So ours is completely escalating right now. At minus 8 degrees, we need 38 kWh of electricity daily. The unit has now automatically lowered the hot water from 48 to 44 degrees. It can’t manage more with the outside temperature.

Sometimes I long for the gas heating back, especially in winter :(

So you really had a house consumption of about 50 kWh yesterday? I somehow don’t understand that, you were shocked last time at how high my VLT went. To me, that means your VLT probably runs at low 30 degrees. So it can’t be the heating curve. So your heat pump is basically running continuously or with too short breaks in between, right?

In the case of a modulating heat pump, the optimal scenario is on in autumn and off in spring, one cycle.
