No, 48 °C setpoint with 6K hysteresis means reheating from 42°C up to 48°C at Novelan (also at Alpha innotec). The hysteresis is defined differently for domestic hot water preparation than in heating mode.

Either you waste water when the circulation is off, or energy (electricity) when the circulation is on. I believe energy is more expensive and you also need more start-up pulses for reheating. It is an individual decision how much warm water comfort is worth to you. I will look at the DTA log when the kids are asleep, can you also send me a current CSV?

The heat is lost anyway. With circulation, it is lost continuously, without it only when you need water. And if you go away for a few days... Cold water is relatively cheap, heat in winter not so much edit: someone was actually faster with the same post...

Since we do not know anything about your system (the heat pump is only part of the entire system) clearly no.
