Better to heat one room efficiently and have the rest of the house inefficient? But I also don't know where the right compromise lies.

Regarding consumption, a look at the thermometer could provide an explanation...

Yes, but we currently have great sun at noon. Still the high consumption?

That’s easily over 10,000 kWh per year... well then, good luck with that. Sorry, but that’s just crazy.

If you have proper subzero temperatures every night at your place for 365 days a year, then yes...

Do you have a pump overrun time on your system? How high is it set? It was not clearly visible to me in the csv. Reduce it to 5 minutes. Maybe you also have to admit that it doesn’t work without an electric auxiliary heater in the bathroom. Better to save energy on 90% of the heating surfaces than to throttle them for a warm bath.

Well, now we have "winter" – at least 5-6 months nothing is being heated. And in the other 6 months, proportionally less.

According to my information, the pump optimization time only takes effect when the outside temperature is above 1°C. Since the switch yesterday evening, it has been colder. The effect will be visible on warmer days.
It is now set to 5 minutes, I have seen the current CSV.
