Pitched roof or gable roof? We have to decide

Here are the views once again. Does the monopitch roof possibly appear too unsettled because the loggia is not centered?

Well, what advice can one give you? I would definitely not want a (pitched) shed roof, but tastes differ.

I prefer the gable roof here. It somehow looks more harmonious.

Also, it should be considered that a gable roof is timeless, a shed roof is modern now and in 20 years everyone will find it ugly again.

I now see it almost the same way. but we are not quite sure yet.
however, we will still add a window on the right on the first floor. this will make it a bit more symmetrical after all

Shed roofs are also not my thing; however, with skylights, I usually find the houses well-designed from the inside, at least a decent architect can make something nice out of them. That means: if a shed roof, then only with skylights, in my opinion.

Honestly? I find both equally bad; the loggia planned off-center does not do either design any favors! If the loggia (not the balcony railing) ended flush with the outer window edge on the left (standing inside the house on the right), both roof variants would look good.
