The original poster could mention the height and depth of his steps, if he has already thought about it.

We just checked the sections. 2.85m on the ground floor and 2.60m on the upper floor without flooring. We haven’t thought at all about stair depth and height yet. The (open) staircase design was suggested by the architect because all the toys could be stored under the open staircase and a lot of light comes into the house through the window fronts behind the stairs.

Floor height or clear room height after completion? 285 cm floor height results in max. 254 cm room height, and 260 cm floor height correspondingly less.

However, the floor height is needed as a value for the staircase.

If the south is so important to you, then I wouldn't build the house so long towards the south. Then you will have more of the garden in the south.

In the floor plan, unfortunately, the designation of the staircase cannot be read either. However, 19 steps are shown.

If the south is so important to you, then I wouldn’t build the house so far into the south. That way you get more of the garden in the south.

That was our original wish. House as far up north as possible and the garden to the south with an unobstructed view. But the architect advised us against it because you would be sitting right next to the street here and in summer you would need additional shading on the south side.

Would you leave the house entrance where it is?

The text on the stairs in the floor plan is "play and reading corner"

Look, attached are the steps from variant 1.

The drawing is useless not only because of the lousy resolution: in the upper floor there is a floor construction indicated as 15 cm; in the ground floor the floor construction height is unknown and cannot be subtracted in a meaningful way according to "subtract only from sums ..." from the specification. The story height is apparently "335 cm from top of RFB ground floor to top of FFB upper floor"! (so probably 320 cm if the floor construction in the ground floor has the same height as in the upper floor). Double the inserts of the accompanying expert!
