That's true, in terms of square meters the kitchen is large. But for cabinets you can effectively only use two of the four walls and even there you have to subtract window areas. Personally, we would miss the storage space of a utility room on the ground floor.

And with the size of the house, you should also think about the resale value. In this price range, as a buyer I would expect storage space on the ground floor.

The airlock and the cloakroom will be combined. I think that provides enough storage space.

We have now also found a stylish brick when we were at the model house park on Sunday. Still looking for alternatives though.

The question is how timeless something like that really is in the end..... but just plain white or colored plaster is not really our thing.

My wife also found the brick in the second picture okay, I think it looks a bit old-fashioned.

Otherwise, the project is currently on hold; we will meet again on August 24th when the supplier is back from vacation.
