So basically the whole planning from scratch? Or how do we save this?

No. By misplanning I meant (only) the drainage. I don't quite understand the corner cut out of the house sculpture above the sofa on the upper floor, but that's objectively not a defect.

Let's finally get to the point whether the kitchen should be at the front or the back, with a straight or angled wall. The rest is simply diligent working through the conclusions of the discussion.

Difficult? – unnecessary to open a new can of worms at this point. In the triangle of you – your wife – and the architect, a bit more calm must come regarding which house is going to be built at all. On the level of the sculpture "building body," the ideas still diverge too much.

In this respect, maybe it is interesting after all to clarify on whose account this passage corner for the breath of the dragon god on the upper floor originated and why (?)

We are basically finished. Only the detail regarding the living room will be clarified by tomorrow. The kitchen has long been settled.

Regarding the drainage, I don’t know exactly what I should tell the architect. He says everything is feasible and I shouldn’t worry. And I’m not an expert to say otherwise now.

We have worked through the discussion findings very well. It helped me a lot! At this point, many thanks to all the discussants.

Regarding the drainage: he should properly insulate it from top to bottom - in such an expensive house, it would be a sacrilege to hear the wastewater on the ground floor.

Feasibility is not the question. You are very much an expert as the "client," and as such you should say: "Säckel, you got caught having planned a botch job, now put it properly in order and never do that again."

He also said..... no worries, he would consider the appropriate soundproofing in the execution planning. That could then be written down in the [Werkvertrag].
