Attached is the north-leading orientation of the property.
The newly to be constructed house will also stand there. I would like to find out what kind of sunlight exposure to expect if we were to realize the originally drawn window to the right of the couch. It is a southeast orientation. Does the sun stand high enough at this spot so that no direct rays enter through the window and thus hit the couch, or is this the case? Usually, we do not notice something like this during the day; it only becomes unpleasant in the evening (in the current domicile)...
We do not want to expose our aniline leather couch to direct sunlight. And if we then have to permanently close the window with shutters, then the window might as well be omitted. In principle, it would probably do us quite well at that spot.
