Well, but a price of 800,000 was stated for the house, and I find this Bauhaus style more than fitting for that. If suddenly a hipped roof and a clinker facade like a city villa come out, I find that somehow disappointing for the price.
The house that was planned and liked was technically too complex or not really feasible, as was conveyed here. We then tried to simplify it technically. But we don't really like a less intricate house with a flat roof. If at all, then only with the massive roof overhang, which cannot be built at all.....
I have already tried to take the tips here. But with all the danger and criticism points regarding the originally already approved planning, we deviated from that. I find nothing worse than "Bauhaus" houses that look like a cube. No color scheme in the plaster paint helps either.
