Interesting ideas.
I’ve always wondered what the distance between couch and TV is. The speakers also need to be placed at a proper distance behind the couch.
Altogether not a bad design. I’m going to take a closer look at it as well. But on the ground floor, I like the living and dining area in the old form better than the "corner solution," even though you can certainly remove a wall there.... thinking outside the box is still good.
I would never even dream of ironing in some remote place, e.g. a utility room like a basement or laundry room. Both my husband and I enjoy watching TV while doing it.

Is it an attempt to bring the sun into the living room, because as far as I know it comes from the floor plan's lower right or bottom (in the evening). For me, that's always the be-all and end-all. Without sun, everything is gloomy. We keep puzzling.
With a budget of 1.4 million or even more – do people still iron then? Relatives of mine don't have that much and have everything washed and ironed.
