Dachneigung ) I have already commented on this in your separate thread. Also consider here again the visual influence of the reduction in drawing scale. In reality your eye level is four meters below the eaves. With under 25° roof pitch you will not see the ridge from the street.

Dachüberstand ) About 70 to 80 cm would be well chosen, I would not take more than 1 m (then the house would practically wear "tussikrallen" - combined with leopard print that is almost tacky charm, only bleached roof tiles are "missing," hehe).

Treppenaustritt ) I would not go below about 1.30 m from the front edge of the step transitioning into the floor of the story. "Feel-wise" one only steps out at the end of this last step, and turning sharper than about 90° on the spot is impractical and cramped.
