I think the look of the hipped roof house is quite okay. Details that don't fit were addressed.



Definitely not. The balcony must face the garden, not the street. I find that completely pointless. Who should go onto the balcony facing the street? Not us.

?? Because nobody lazes around on a balcony when they can sit in the garden? I rather thought that the laundry is dried there (utility room) and you simply have a change of scenery when you step outside for a moment.

But that is only the price of the house, without all the extras? So without demolition of the old building, exterior facilities, various trades outside of the house, etc. Presumably without lighting, kitchen, etc. So only the costs for the building shell?

We also would not want to hang laundry facing the street. It's fine as it is. The fact that we have to redesign some things due to the statics does not mean that we want to reconsider such fundamental and deliberate decisions now. Likewise, they started again earlier asking if we don't want the kitchen facing the garden..... no




Exactly. In the end, the whole thing with everything included costs about 1.4 million.

Respect Even if you spread it over the entire area including basement etc. of 382 sqm, it's still 3,665 EUR per square meter (without adequately valuing the share of the land). That's quite expensive, even for Cologne. Social housing is slightly below that.
