Where do you get such bad prices? The device including delivery (without piping etc.) is under €5,000 Thumbs up! I have already installed two myself (Jeishas) and can also confirm excellent performance (although both Jeishas together 3.5 years ago were only slightly cheaper than the new L generation today. So much for construction cost increases...).

Indoor unit as a combined hydro module with a 185l hot water tank is about €1,000 more expensive than without. But the hot water tank is not any cheaper separately and also causes more installation effort and requires more space. Yes, you can get it for €6,100 at Jaworski (who also advises and helps DIY people), and maybe even cheaper on eBay from some reseller – but the plumbing company will not do it for that price (or be able to), so €6,500 is already a good price there. Pipes, draining/frost protection, expansion, insulation, filling valve, safety group, etc. also come extra, hence the €8,000 in total as a guideline.

Ok, if you mean the combined hydro module, then that's correct. I get about the same price from my dealer.

The €8k also fits reasonably well if you don't take the full service of a company but hire independent operators.

Nevertheless, I find my example of a complete installation for well under €20k really good, especially compared to our hefty installers with their German "brand products".

Thanks for the note about the lead time. Although I have to say, I am a bit prejudiced there. For the construction work in 2023, I had everything settled with plumbing at the end of 2022, commissioned in January '23, and completion was then at the end of December 2023... because they are so overloaded. And that was only underfloor heating and solar thermal. Do the €20,000 before subsidies refer now to heat pump AND photovoltaics or just the heat pump?

Yes, the house is really small. But it suits us. In the past, several families lived in such a house here, which you can hardly imagine today. And the pigs down in the cellar too!

Exactly the opposite is the case, we have done most of it ourselves here since 2017. However, heating is exactly one of the trades we have no knowledge of and also keep our hands off. There are still old radiators in the two children's rooms, which could definitely be replaced, that would be painless. Income-wise, we are well above 40,000€, and the gas heater is currently 14 years old or will be next month. Thanks also for the remaining useful explanations.

From the craftsman, of course, only the heat pump. Then the photovoltaic system depending on size and with/without storage. But that is not subsidized either.

Yep, 33s in for a total of 500€ (?) and that's it.
