Thank you for the recent contributions.
I have drawn our furniture to scale, everything fits well, including plaster and baseboards considered.
Only the dressing room and wardrobe would not work as is, as already mentioned.
To make the dressing room and bathroom larger, one could take 1 sqm from each children's room (shift walls), but then the doors would shift and you wouldn't be able to enter Child2's room anymore. Or am I seeing this wrong?
And whether the room next to the kitchen is called pantry or storage room, I think it doesn't matter.

Topic site plan.......UNFORTUNATELY UNFORTUNATELY the access CANNOT be from the northeast (development plan). Only from north or south.
Topic architect..... We want a plain vanilla 0815 house, no slope, no bay windows, etc. Therefore, I think the architect from the general contractor should be able to manage such a floor plan.
