A city villa - that's boring. This is what #60 looks like now:I had already written that we want a city villa, with a spiral staircase, with a hipped roof, etc...

I always thought that a gable roof is cheaper and simpler than a hip/pyramid roof, or is irony at play here?!

Not if they are conjoined twins. The floor plan is perfect for a partial basement - that's where we'll make our money back.always thought a gable roof was cheaper and easier than a hip/saddle roof, or is irony playing a role here ?!
