I see a gable roof with 3 gables - guess where the effort lies.

And by the way, I also don't see a rectangular shape, but the gable designed as a bay window.

A bit off topic, the whole thing

It just grew like that while messing around.
Yeah, where the boss is missing - immediately mice on the table, you know.

Looks quite nice.

That's also true. Every ridge and every hip costs - more precisely: every "seam" between two roof surfaces, especially if it runs diagonally / three-dimensionally.

Isn't it? The place now has a pretty gallery on the upper floor and a laundry chute in the bathroom going down to the basement.

Oh man, I have to stop wasting my time.

OP isn't saying anything anymore. I hope the emergency isn't worse.

Hello everyone,

I will not go into 6 pages now, the most important points briefly:

I don’t think age says anything about financial means. The landing staircase was just a question, I thought that was allowed here. And no, 800 euros is not a problem.

Story height 2.63 m if I remember correctly. But I don’t understand how that could influence the floor plan.

That is correct but concerns the back part of the garden. This slope affects the house not at all or only minimally, hence my statement slope:no.

I will say nothing about that, except: nobody has to reply here if there is no interest.

And I am grateful for that, but....

That in no way corresponds to our wishes stated in #1.

That was never mentioned by me...

These gimmicks are quite nice, but that’s not how we get anywhere.

Better to continue working on this:

Exactly!

Good choice
I would indent the pantry a bit more in favor of the kitchen (the corner in the middle), I would dock the island on the other side...
If you need more space in the kitchen (or was it you who doesn’t cook that much?), and the pantry is rather meant to store cleaning supplies and trash, then I would make the access from the wardrobe.
If not, then you could also close the wardrobe closet room.
Unfortunately, there are no measurements from Katja .... :P

Upstairs, I would pull the dressing room in a bit so the children’s rooms can benefit a bit more.

Otherwise, it would probably be better if you indicate what you like and what you don’t.
