Have you already noticed what you are looking at from the kitchen behind it? Then you can save yourself the window.

That's why I also have such a problem with the garage... but I can't imagine a kitchen without a window. And moving the house further back gives me a headache. It's already about 8m from the street to the front door.

Yes, basement 3 is supposed to be a guest toilet, but it's not a must.

We have already thought about the parapet height; with our bed, it should not be a problem.

We have communicated our wishes, and these plans have resulted from that.

Regarding the second lift-and-slide door, we have also already considered whether it is necessary. But we are not at that planning stage yet; first, the floor plan has to be right.

Therefore, I would like to refer again to my main concern in the opening thread.

By the time of signing, you need to be aware of and have clarified many more details than just the floor plan. Even if that was not part of your question.

We have been planning since November, visited several model home parks, reviewed various catalogs, inspected houses of friends, took measurements, etc. And since we are not making progress, I am here now to get suggestions for improvement, gladly also drawn ones. That the T in the bathroom is "careless," for example, I also see. But without a suggestion on how it could be done better, I have no ideas either.

Why not? Have you thought this through carefully? I can only find positives about a controlled residential ventilation system.
