Basement is dark. Be careful with light wells at the terrace.

Ground floor Cloakroom only 56 cm raw dimension, no cabinets fit in.

Shower downstairs, is that really necessary? I wouldn't want it like that.

Hallway extremely large. I like Kahoo's floor plan better.

Pantry very narrow.

Windows missing in the living room area.

Upper floor

Bathroom Move the door so a cabinet fits behind it.

Shower quite dark.

Double washbasin should fit in.

Bedroom quite narrow.

Dressing room not deep enough.

Is the plot flat now or not?

Thanks ,

I'm currently furnishing and actually some things, like the wardrobe, don't fit. The bedroom is also too narrow, you are right about that. I found a solution for the wardrobe-guest-WC problem and will post it when I get the chance.

But I don't understand why the pantry should be too narrow. The shelves that should go into the pantry are all max. 40 cm wide. That leaves over a meter. I know pantries that work perfectly with 1.20 m as well.

I have also seen dressing rooms with a width of 1.40 m. That works if it is supposed to be a pure "closet room".

Put your freezer in the pantry and draw it with the door open.

Cupboards with doors are about 65 to 70 cm deep. Then you have about 75 cm left for opening doors, dressing, carrying in the laundry basket. So cramped without a wall would be comfortable space.

Curious to see how you’ll solve the wardrobe/WC.

There will be no cupboards with doors in the pantry or walk-in closet, but open shelves (basically a walk-in wardrobe). Sorry, I probably should have explained that from the beginning.

Can you make out anything in the picture? There would be space for 2 x approx. 1.70 m wide wardrobes, with 1.60 m space in between. The WC looks "normal" again now. The window won’t work as is, I realize that. I'm considering leaving out the window or moving it further to the right, and underneath there will be a bench with storage for everyday shoes.

Edit: To get the 1.7 m width, I shifted the entrance door slightly. Whether that is possible, no idea, but even if not it would be about 1.40 m wide.

Maybe you should just design the thing all by yourself. I think your last doodle is better than any draft from the [GU].

This way the podium will work too. Your windows are all still weird anyway - I would leave that in the cloakroom and just put a shoe cabinet under the windowsill there. You will still align the other windows.

Just make the pantry a bit deeper. That won't hurt the kitchen and will bring you a lot there. Maybe you don't want a fridge in the pantry now, but wait 10 years. Then you might change your mind and regret it.
