City villa floor plan 160 sqm - Please provide tips!

Hello everyone,
at this late hour we finally received the plans. And I am so annoyed that (once again) not everything we pointed out has been implemented. Windows not adjusted, opening between hallway and kitchen missing, no landing staircase as agreed (!!!). I am really so angry right now.... the communication is so difficult. But okay, Saturday is the next appointment, I hope we will be listened to a little better then.

Where do you still see a need for optimization?

We are satisfied with the upper floor except for the windows. The T will be removed in the bathroom.

North is on the left. The garage will be on the west side (bottom).

Should I read 236 pages now?

I would take another look at the bathroom planning. There is currently a nice thread where someone suddenly realized that the shower will flood a lot of the bathroom unless a door is installed in front of it.

One more note: The garage will be located at the western boundary to the neighbor, 1.40m distance from the house, the house touches the eastern 3m building line, house 8m to the street, garage 5m to the street (north)
