What do you think we have read out?
If you didn’t stop following the thread after #25, then you also noticed that the OP already took up the suggestion to change the dimensions to e.g. 11x9 etc.

You don’t need to take anyone’s side here. If the OP writes here... It’s no problem, my general contractor is also willing to change exterior walls or square meters or whatever without much fuss, then it’s fine and everything is good.
If you (or Katja) don’t need the answer, that’s okay. Then you can continue to make suggestions.

I would be interested, and I believe I’m not the only one, the inquiry did not come only from me. Isn’t it legitimate if I ask whether the building structure is fixed? The statement definitely did not come.

It will probably be like is often the case with GUs. The floor area is fixed (for example, 100m² built-up area or 160m² living space) and presumably also the enclosed volume. Then all the construction specification descriptions with ceiling heights, wall thicknesses, etc.

I also assumed a fixed m² number. But not that a GU is already confirmed. Then ceiling heights, staircase types, roof shape, etc. are also fixed and in this case also the rectangular shape, since the signature for a rectangular shape has been given. Changes only for an extra charge. I would have liked to know that earlier.

It’s also bad for the TE if something is designed now that she might want but is not feasible with the contract or simply not within the budget.

There's quite a lot going on here

I will respond to all posts as best as I can this evening, but it should be said upfront: As long as nothing is changed regarding the squaring, we can continue working on the floor plan, also changing exterior dimensions, moving walls, etc.
I had already mentioned that we want a city villa, with a spiral staircase, with a hipped roof, etc., so I did not find it "necessary" to explicitly mention that it was contractually agreed upon. If I should have done it better, then sorry about that.

I'm only reading this now... sorry. I've reread everything... but I already knew it all. By "me" I only meant that I know the feeling of investing time in drafts, and at some point the bombshell drops that the house is already built

Yes, yes. Best to do it right away in #2

... I've been following everything, but didn’t find it noteworthy now.

As I already said, for me quite a few things were already fixed, such as the
