Define "in the evening."
And then: where do you want to have sun?
In summer in the house, in the evening? In the afternoon?
Or: in winter in the house, when it sometimes shines
Or: in summer on the terrace

Ask yourself this question: most people do not consider that in summer they are either glad to be able to shut out the sun in the house or sit on the terrace and not inside the house.

Only your BU can answer that for you. He can decide on the price. With us, it was a surcharge of €850 from the standard wooden staircase to the concrete landing staircase without covering (another €5,000 for parquet). With you? No idea.

But seriously, I would reconsider the positioning on the property. If it stays like this, you will have to choose between evening sun and garage.

I would suggest picking up the proposal from #23 by Katja again and modifying it a bit. With access from the north and the house further south. I still think there is enough garden left.
