In which direction does the staircase go?

The staircase is actually supposed to ascend along the wall, so that it is in the living area upstairs. But earlier I also skyped with our architect, he would prefer an east side entrance from the floor plan. We actually would too, but on the south side there is the roofing for the garages, storage rooms. It would then look something like inserted, I actually find it better from the floor plan. Above all, the problem with the kitchen would be solved. Note, I only changed it quickly and did not yet improve the windows or doors.

If the toilet door is moved to the other side and does not face the kitchen, and the toilet itself is moved against the outer wall, then it is going in the right direction. We have a similar layout as well, just more square-shaped.

When a layperson accuses experts of being know-it-alls here, it is the same as when the apprentice... ... Somewhat narrow-minded, in my opinion. If you are not a professional yourself, it does not matter whether you are employed or self-employed.

The floor plan is a disaster, the thread creator just doesn't want to receive any criticism, gets offensive towards users who give him good advice and know better, seems to be on a pretty high horse just because he thinks you can be proud of being self-employed...

The whole thing does have a certain entertainment value. Nevertheless, the thread doesn't deserve any further comments. Waste of time. Whenever I see that weird niche behind the toilet again. Yes, that really creates a sense of spaciousness and room. The architect who approved this should better change fields of work. With any other architect, the design would have ended up in the trash. But we don't have to live in it.

@Masipulami: The architect already conceded because of the entrance... there will be more from him once he takes the time for this work and doesn't really have to build such a thing ;) The drawing certainly does not come from an architect!
