Update: I would choose the 8m distance to the street. Additionally, a porch roof from the house entrance to the garage. Kitchen windows just barely free. On the upper floor now door/wall distances maximized so that there is enough space for the bed.

What I, as OP, would consider ... basement yes, but what is supposed to be stored there? Garden furniture? Lawn mower etc.? .. Outside access?

It's nonsense. I hardly see any advantage of #145 compared to the original draft. I would correct the windows in the wardrobe, pantry, and dressing room in #1 so that you can place proper cabinets, and then it is probably what you want.

I would put the garage door to the back towards the garden, it has no added value like this if the garage door is right next to it where I can go out.

The floor-to-floor height is the height that the staircase has to overcome. This includes, besides the room height, things like the ceiling and floor structure. The latter usually amounts to about 30cm in height + clear room height = something around 2.90m floor-to-floor height. Otherwise, you would have to subtract that from the 2.63 and the room height would only be 2.30m.

For us it is: 2.63 m raw construction room height
