Finally furnish the rooms. Then you’ll quickly notice that the wardrobes might block the windows unless you move them.
And yes, that is part of the architect’s job, to also occasionally draw in the furniture, in order to see if you might possibly bump into kitchen cabinets when opening the door. And optimizing the views in the end is also his task. And if he doesn’t do that for the hundredth time now, one of you two has a problem.

I have. Cabinets do not block the windows. You also don’t run into kitchen cabinets.

Maybe you could show your plan. I still see this as problematic:

Bedroom: The wardrobe would actually never be placed there. Kitchen: but exactly there, a cupboard is supposed to go (theoretically). However, it is not final.

The expression used here is metaphorical. The user is suggesting that after a long and stagnant discussion (40 pages), the structural engineer will be the first to make a change or add something new—like putting in a perm roller or coloring a strand in hair—meaning introducing a noticeable modification or intervention. It doesn't literally mean the structural engineer must change the structure; it's more about being the first to break the deadlock in the discussion by doing something different or innovative.
