Of course not. The 3m boundary usually counts 100% as part of your garden.
Otherwise, something about this would be stated in the development plan. However, I think this is rather the exception.

These examples with senseless huge windows are precisely not what many want.

These were only supposed to be examples. As far as I'm concerned, they don't have to be floor-to-ceiling. It doesn't even necessarily have to be everything symmetrical. But some kind of recognizable order or aesthetic wouldn't be bad.

The size and number of windows had no effect on the price for us, as long as they were not oversized mega widths or heights.

In the south view, the middle mullion of the windows should be aligned vertically; otherwise, it doesn't look very nice. The south view with the entrance and the two upper windows does not look good, the windows simply appear too asymmetrical there, which, in my opinion, does not fit the classic, cubic design of a city villa.

South view with entrance, you mean north view, right? Do you have any suggestions for improvement? Do double-wing windows not fit a city villa?
