No matter which number I mention now, the thread will (as has been seen many times before) develop in the wrong direction. It should just be said that everything in the contract is fixed, as is with the bank. Additional costs are of course taken into account. The focus is on the floor plan.

You have already signed? That is interesting. What exactly is fixed? What is stated, for example, regarding [qm] or [umbauter Raum]? What about [Geschosshöhe], [lichte Raumhöhe] in the 3 floors, execution of the stairs, window sizes, terrace doors, roof shape, and so on?

Btw, I personally find the guest room in the basement terrible. I'd rather go to a hotel than sleep somewhere in a dark basement. But to each their own.

I totally agree with you ..... I felt exactly the same. I think it's nice that people are being made aware, but for me it doesn't belong in this section, if necessary it can possibly be moved to the finances, but as long as the OP wants to learn something about their floor plan, I see no reason to continue discussing the financing, it just makes everything more confusing.

Everything can be right: draft, financing etc. and in the end it still doesn't work out for some reason.

I feel exactly the same .... had also written it before, accidentally set the "Quote" wrongly.
