City villa floor plan 160 sqm - Please provide tips!

A pantry would be optional here instead of a wardrobe. Then it would have to be behind the door. But the kitchen is quite large, so maybe that’s not necessary. However, it might be possible to realize both if you accept a small flat-roof dormer.

Bay windows and such expensive things are out of the question for us. I can’t do without the pantry; if you put a door to the kitchen there, it won’t work either..

Upper floor:
Children’s room not in the south; if you swap it with the bedroom, the wardrobe won’t work either.
