Well, most of those who spend time and brainpower here probably see it a bit differently. Hardly anyone feels like planning castles in the air. If you know the budget, experienced users can already see roughly where things are headed. Expanding 3 floors at 26 years old - that's quite something. And anyone who has to ask what a landing staircase costs more... could of course also be meticulous cost control, which wouldn't be a bad thing. But if the 800 euros more really were a problem, then good night.

Yes great, can you be more specific? When making plans, it is helpful to know the story height etc.

Huh? Now I'm maximally confused...

If everything is already signed...why are we still planning here? I can hardly imagine that a general contractor would make a completely different design at the same prices and conditions...or am I misunderstanding something here?

Well.... don’t want to be rude, but there is also a nice archive where you can possibly refer back to the draft later.

..... at least not immediately "air"

If everything is "fixed" in terms of construction volume, and we are supposed to "focus on the floor plan", does that then mean that we can only move interior walls, window shutters, and stair directions?

If I just believe what the builders say, then in this case unfortunately it says:
On average about 2.37 m rise between the streets (top street on the plan "valley side") - that means in the building plot I see it more than 1.40 m - and crosswise on average 77 cm rise (each: arrow tip = uphill side). So I see more than just a slight slope to the slope.

Oh man, what a waste of time! Sorry, you could have said that earlier, then no one here would have bothered.

And congratulations on the slope from a slope builder.
I guess this won’t be your last thread here.
