P.s. I remember, it must have been this thread that the OP already knew what and how she wanted her house. And Katja drew something despite coughing. I wouldn't have the feeling that the OP wanted these significant changes. Since Katja likes to contribute her ideas, even when it is not wanted (she recently mentioned it elsewhere because it is her hobby), you can't complain then. Sorry for the off-topic... Well, I also fell for it and spent 4 hours last night on an idea in the neighboring thread - the OP doesn't respond there at all. And today maybe she will continue puzzling - because it’s fun. We are not allowed to complain. Although, of course, it is annoying when it is not communicated. That does make you a bit upset.

...so no longer ask whether it makes sense but just make suggestions?

But I don't understand your problem either. Please read #110... That was a comprehensible answer to your question "Why is there planning going on here if it is already signed?" Because you can still change things.

That's not what it's about at all.

Aside from that: everyone knows that also likes to make suggestions sometimes, even when the TEs say: stop, we need to reflect inwardly.
She has a lot of patience there
Patience that I personally don't understand either. I leave faster there

And I would like to know from the OP to what extent things can be changed. You yourself say not all general contractors are as free-spirited as yours.

There is a difference whether the OP says the building structure is fixed, please only deal with the floor plan, or whether they say the external dimensions, shape, etc. are still flexible... if you read it that way, then you interpreted it differently than I did.

Then please read ##1,9 and 25... (I hope I remembered the right posts, there was also one in between where general satisfaction was mentioned) I probably gave up there too, because I couldn’t read that more than a few walls being moved is accepted.

We often read more into it than the OP writes. Me too. That is often annoying, but a personal misfortune. I have to defend here. Even if we know that defects often cannot be fixed just by moving walls, but the house itself has to be addressed.
