Here you go.. except for the view from the east, we now find it much more harmonious and orderly. In the east, we still don’t really like the kitchen and the bedroom in combination with the bathroom window.. let’s let it sink in.

The east view still looks rather modest. I would make the bedroom window as wide as the window on the ground floor. I would match the right window in the bathroom and the one below in the WC to the one in the middle. I don't really understand why you want a window with a low sill next to the two toilets on the ground floor and upper floor anyway. It feels like everyone can look into the toilet? A window with a higher sill height would be better there.

And as already mentioned: I would also place the door to the guest WC from the hallway and not from the wardrobe room. The wardrobe is not exactly spacious anyway, and in this way, you could use the other side for wall hooks. The sink could then be placed in the WC where the door is now.
By the way, I don't think it's a problem if the door to the guest WC opens outwards. Guests standing at the front door and AT THE SAME TIME being in the toilet is really VERY rare. So these two doors almost never collide (never has in our case). If someone falls in that small room, they won't be lying in front of the door, and you could still get in.

But then the elongated element next to the DK window would be too wide and no longer "plasterable". For this reason, we discarded the idea

But then we would "only" have transom windows in the bathroom. Isn't that counterproductive for the light exposure?

Good point!

Hmm. Actually a good idea. However, we wanted to place the sideboard and a mirror on the wall in the hallway, which would no longer be possible, but maybe on the other side...

Such an exhaust on the facade is indeed the fail of the 21st century....
And apart from that, you can use the money saved for nice built-in furniture, for example.

So we have it similarly above, with a window wiper on a telescopic pole it works great for cleaning the outside. Despite the rainy gray day, you can see how bright it is. I don't think it makes much difference in terms of light incidence which of the two windows you choose. I also think that the two different window formats in the bathroom look strange when viewed from the inside.
