I personally would move the door to the kitchen further forward towards the entrance, only want one door in the bedroom, and swap the bathtub and the sink in the bathroom. I would place the sink on the wall towards the bedroom and extend it nicely.

Why don't you access the bedroom from the dressing rooms? It's much more practical...

I think the ground floor is good, on the upper floor I would actually consider giving the second child some balcony space as well. That could cause trouble if a second child is even planned at all and you don't use the room otherwise. I would probably swap the sink and the bathtub because of the light incidence. Light at the washbasin is really useful and more necessary than at the bathtub. The dressing room access has already been mentioned. I would also find that better than through the bedroom. But I suppose that's a matter of taste. Otherwise, I really like the planning.

I seem to have overlooked quite a bit as well. By now, you have also switched to a gable roof, right?
Well, I find it rather impractical to access through the dressing room and probably would have done it like the OP. I also find the layout and sizes on the upper floor quite nice. However, as I have already pointed out several times, I would have left the hallway open on the ground floor if possible.
What I also don’t quite understand is that you are saving on ceiling heights with almost 2.5 m on the ground floor and 2.23 m in the basement? If I read it correctly, you would even have 1.1 m of leeway upwards according to the development plan?

So, quickly marked the routes for both variants:
blue = coming in at night
purple = going to bed after undressing
red = getting clothes in the morning
pink = leaving in the morning
hope you can clearly see the routes and how often you disturb a partner who is still or already sleeping in one variant or the other

It's a shame that you are now closing the fitting room after all... was our input here not clear or was it a deliberate decision, no matter what is argued? Then we don't need to discuss this anymore.
