What, who was at what height again? - is there a site plan with height specifications / contour lines (and/or a picture)?

New general contractor, new luck!

This is a first preliminary draft that still requires some changes. We have already noted quite a few things, but you will surely find more to criticize.

House design
Who is responsible for the planning:
-Planner from a construction company

What do you not like? Why?:
Pantry is being removed, large double door to the living room, door to the dining room, 3m lift-and-slide element in the dining room to the terrace,
access to the master section is being changed or the "corridor stub" eliminated,
we want to move the entrance area forward,
we are considering relocating the children’s bathroom downstairs to the current utility room (which would then get a skylight)
and using the current children’s bathroom for a wardrobe niche and storage room

What do we particularly like?:
Living room somewhat separated from the kitchen/dining area, additional office upstairs

What do we not like:
3 children’s rooms downstairs are also difficult to realize here or we have doubts about the orientation and lighting of children’s room 2. Lack of wardrobe space.

And is it promised that the meal that is still marked will really be omitted? Good, then I'll leave it at that.

For a wardrobe, the bathroom can be narrowed. It can handle that well. For 3 people, 2.50 meters in width is enough (there are plenty of bathrooms where the standard furnishing, as also marked, works very well).
So I'll take 60 cm for a wardrobe cabinet across the entire width.

I don’t understand the guest WC: why doesn’t it get double the width?

And the office door could be on the other wall right "next to" the WC door.

The pantry will definitely be removed. It ruins the large beautiful room. The planner just tried to fit in everything we mentioned to him in our first conversation. However, I think that with the kitchen size, everything can be accommodated, and a vacuum cleaner can also disappear in the office closet.

The guest WC is so narrow (too narrow?) to create an additional lighting option for the upper hallway.
In general, the windows are used quite sparingly.

What kind of roof is that supposed to be? Looks like a shed roof to me, and even if not, a skylight can illuminate the corridor. Skylights above the doors would also be conceivable. That used to be done often, and I don’t know why not anymore. Or rather, skylights were/are used in apartments. You would even have the option to make the pantry where the guest WC is and make this corridor area a WC. I would rather do without the window in the WC and take this combination. You can think about it.
